WATCH! Francis Ngannou waxes lyrical about huge internet boxing sensation Grandy twins

UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou had to be recognized when he was coming to the top of the division whilst knocking fighters out left and right, so it’s quite expected yet generous of him to recognize the upcoming talent in combat sports in general. Ngannou is on a recovery stage ever since he got his much-awaited knee surgery done in response to an injury he had during UFC 270 training camp to prepare for his fight against former teammate and then interim heavyweight champion, Ciryl Gane.

Regardless of this huge obstacle taking a toll on his physique as a fighter, Ngannou decided to fight Gane and besides that, got the upper hand with his unexpected wrestling skills which landed him a unanimous decision victory and the first successful title defence of his championship tenure. On the business side, Ngannou is on a mild back and forth with the UFC based on his contract being less lucrative based on the opportunities he could grab outside of the UFC, such as fighting in a boxing ring.

They were aged 9 when they got viral around 2017. Now, coming in 2022 at the age of 13, the twins have the attention of the man who’s known for his one-punch knockout power in MMA in Francis Ngannou.

Ngannou is highly impressed by the speed coaching the twins do with each other, basically holding mitts with each other when they have to unload a series of fast and powerful punches with accurate combinations. The way the young twins were holding the pads made Ngannou appreciate the Grandy twins more.
