Kim Kardashian’s out-of-this-world plans for a brand new mansion seem to once again be experiencing failure to launch.

Building permits for Kardashian’s spaceship-shaped dream home in Palm Springs were not marked approved by the June 29th deadline, the US Sun reported.

Construction on the $6 million, 42,000-square-foot home was halted back in 2022, when the city of La Quinta requested more details on fire safety and pool codes, the outlet noted.

The billionaire reality-TV star and fashion designer is working with Pritzker Prize–winning architect Tadao Ando on the futuristic dwelling, she announced back in April.

“Met with the master himself, Tadeo Ando to review and discuss a dream project we have been working on for the past two years,” the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” sister said in an Instagram post.

“So deeply honored and incredibly humbled to have the opportunity to work with him and finally see this special project come to life,” she continued.

Kim Kardashian shared her plans for a “dream” home on Instagram in April.

Kardashian described it as “concrete, gray-toned, and really zen” in a 2022 interview with Vogue.

Kardashian’s team could not immediately be reached regarding the project.

The land is located in the Madison Club, an exclusive golf and tennis community in La Quinta, south of Los Angeles, where Kim’s mother, Kris Jenner, and sister, Kylie Jenner, also have property.

Original plans for the golf course-adjacent land, which Kardashian purchased with ex-husband Kanye West, featured a pool, spa, gallery space, two elevators, and a movie theater, the US Sun reported last year.

Her four kids would each have a bedroom complete with private bathrooms.

Kardashian is worth $1.2 billion and last month made the Top 50 of Forbes’ “America’s Richest Self-Made Women” list, The Post reported.
