Adele Fassender (mother)

Adele runs the restaurant in Killarney together with Josef, where he is the head chef. Adele is Irish, so even though Michael was born in Germany, the family moved back to her country when the future celebrity was only two years old. Adele and Josef shared that they wanted Michael and his sister, Catharine, to grow up in a nice countryside and not in the industrial part of Germany where they originally resided.
